In hot regions and projects where concrete quality is important, concrete temperature is an important factor. In order to increase the temperature of the concrete to the desired levels, chillers and ice water units are used. If these units do not provide sufficient heat, ice machines are used to supplement it.
When cement and water meet during concrete mixing, an exothermic reaction occurs and a large amount of heat is released. In order to remove this heat, prevent water loss from the concrete and prevent the concrete setting time from being negatively affected, it is essential to cool the concrete. Our concrete cooling units specially designed for this stage perform an endothermic reaction by removing the necessary heat.

This is the cooling process of the foundation during and after the concrete is poured. It is accomplished by circulating cooled water through serpentines placed within the foundation. Piping is installed between the foundation reinforcement to meet the desired temperature. Cooled water is then circulated through the pipes, facilitating heat transfer through the water.

Water-cooled chillers are designed for use in commercial/industrial cooling and air conditioning systems. Capacity range: 15 HP - 480 HP (24 kW - 975 kW). Scroll, piston and screw compressors are used. Low temperature (0°C / -40°C) glycol water chillers are produced on order.
